Etherium Enterprises Pvt Ltd built the TrackMeds app as a Free app. This SERVICE is provided by Etherium Enterprises Pvt Ltd at no cost and is intended for use as is. If you choose to use our Service, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. Fetching Location in Background

TrackMeds App is designed for diagnostic centre owners to manage their staff and keep track of the activities staff do on daily basis.Every diagnostic centre has staff with role of Marketing and Lab Person.The job of this users are on-field, they need to travel form one place to another on daily basis to do their job or task assigned to them. To give live location tracking of Marketing and Lab Person to their respective owner (Branch Admin of Diagnostic Center) app will request to fetch device location in background. When Marketing or Lab Person “Start Trip” from app on day start app will start getting their device location in order to send to branch admin(owner).The main reason to fetch location in background is if in any situation app goes in background or if device get locked by the user we have to get the device location for live tracking that is the only reason app will request for background location access permission. Once Marketing and Lab Person “End Trip” on day end app will stop taking the location from app.TrackMeds app will never take or access your location once user ended the trip or close the app. Every user will login to TrackMeds App having roles such as “Branch Admin”, “Receptionist”, ”Lab Person”, “Marketing Person” but background location will access for users with role as Marketing or Lab Person other logged in users app will never ask for background location access permission.

Information Collection and Use

For a better experience, while using our Service, we may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to Location. The information that we request will be retained by us and used as described in this privacy policy. The app does use third party services that may collect information used to identify you. We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in a case of an error in the app we collect data and information (through third party products) on your phone called Log Data. Payment

We use Razorpay for processing payments. We/Razorpay do not store your card data on their servers. The data is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) when processing payment. Your purchase transaction data is only used as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is not saved.
Our payment gateway adheres to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
